Returns

Please note, we do accept returns and exchanges under several circumstances however, many of our items are custom made items or special custom orders which in many circumstances may not be returned once delivered.

However, if you wish to return the items that you purchased please notify us within 14 days of delivery via email. We do not accept a telephone call as acknowledgment of a return. Once you have notified us you have 14 days to return the items. All items must be packaged in the same or similar packaging making sure that the items inside will not be damaged as this may affect your refund. We also advise that you return these items using package tracking since we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in delivery.
