Special Ordering
Some items in our catalogs and archives become special order items due to low availability or discontinuation. These items, if ordered, may take an additional 6-8 weeks for delivery and occasionally our suppliers may be unable to supply your specific piece. If this is the case, Restoration Brasses will typically conduct an extensive search from all our suppliers prior to suggesting the alternative of obtaining a custom casting from customer materials or other brass hardware. Additional information will be provided if Custom casting orders are necessary or recommended.Restoration Brasses and/or our suppliers do reserve the right to make future use of all molds created in the custom casting process.
