Pressed Type Oval Handle

The original from which this was copied was a late 18th century oval plate handle with a pattern of horizontal banding, a beaded edge and a plain oval loop. Its top fixing with a turned head pommel and nut.

From an ornate late 18th century oval handle, the plate is decorated with acanthus and the loop has a pattern of entwined foliage. Top fixing, supplied complete with a shepherds crook style post and nut.

From an 18th Century oval handle having a central patera surrounded by a twisted oval loop. Top fixing with the ring being secured by one shepherds crook post and nut. Backplate has pin holes for surface mounting.
